Vertex Maths Centre

Vertex Maths Centre was created to provide focused, high-quality maths tuition in a supportive classroom environment, helping students build confidence, strengthen their understanding and achieve their full potential.

We work with students across KS2, KS3 and GCSE, with a particular focus on SATs and GCSE preparation. Lessons are aligned with the National Curriculum and designed to identify learning gaps, strengthen core skills and develop confident, independent learners.

At Vertex, we believe that every student learns differently. That is why we keep our group sizes small, with a maximum of 8 students, allowing us to provide individual attention while maintaining the benefits of a real classroom learning environment.

We also have experience supporting students with SEND and additional learning needs, and aim to create a patient, welcoming and inclusive environment where every student feels comfortable asking questions and making progress.

Alongside teaching, progress is regularly monitored, learning is adapted to each student’s needs, and parents are kept informed about their student’s development and next steps.
